Oat meal Mask – another simple recipe involves mixing two spoons of dry oat meal with a spoon each of curd and honey. Add a couple of ground almonds and egg white to this mix and blend well. Apply this paste to the face and neck. Wash off in approximately 20 minutes.


Coffee and Plum Exfoliate – coffee is known to have anti aging and revitalizing properties.  Take a tablespoon of ground coffee and mix with three mashed ripe plums. Plums are said to be natural antioxidants. Add a teaspoon of honey and mix the three ingredients. Apply this to the face and neck. Rinse off in fifteen minutes. Milk, Sandalwood and Turmeric – this treatment brings back that youthful glow to the face. Mix a spoon of sandalwood powder with a pinch of turmeric and one spoon of milk. Apply on the face and neck, and rinse after 15 minutes. Milk nourishes the skin, sandalwood tightens the skin and turmeric brightens it.


Carrot Mask – mix a cup of carrot juice with one spoon of almond oil; refrigerate the solution for a couple of hours. Once it has cooled, apply to face and neck and rinse after 30 minutes. It also helps to include carrots to your diet as they boost the level of carotene in the body.


Water – drink at least eight glasses of water a day. This helps flush out toxins, impurities and cellular waste from the blood. It helps keep skin healthy and toned, and therefore wrinkle free.
