The fourth principle is termed as Outer Spiral. This principle believes in the energy spiral flow in an inwardly position towards the core. The spiral starts from the waistline area and runs all over the tailbone, and continues all the way down to your feet.

Lastly the principle talks about Organic Energy. This basically means the flow of energy from the body’s core to various other core points, and finally releasing the energy towards the body’s periphery.
