You may also crush a few cloves of raw garlic and a small piece of ginger with a pinch of cayenne pepper and consume this mixture every day. This helps in detoxifying the body and helps prevent sneezing allergies. Stay away from tinned, refined and processed foodstuff containing artificial flavoring additives, as they may induce allergic reactions and cause sneezing. Restrict your consumption of alcohol, caffeinated beverages and cigarettes, as they can cause dehydration and make the nasal tract prone to irritation.
