Eyesight Improvement Exercises

Close your eyes tightly and then open them suddenly allowing you to feel the stretch. Then arch your eyebrows and stretch your face repeating this activity several times in a day. Rotating your eyes in all directions and trying to concentrate on one eye at a time as you are doing it will help improve vision especially if done with your eyes closed. Sunning is a method known to improve eyesight and for this you need to expose your eyes to the early morning or evening sunlight. Do not look at the sun directly, instead try to move your head from side to side to benefit from the sun’s rays. Stretch the eyes to draw in more sunlight and continue this exercise on a daily basis as a means of reducing light sensitivity. Nod your head up and down, by stretching your neck to look at the ceiling and then at your toes. This not only improves eyesight but also strengthens the neck muscles.
