You could make a paste with onions and lemon and dip cotton in it and apply it on the areas with the spots. A daily intake of licorice is good also as it has liquirtin which is useful in lightening dark spots. More over you could use moisturizers which contain soy as they are said repair sun damage and remove dark spots. Another remedy is to boil 1/2 cup of chickpeas until they are soft. Then mash them up with a little water, it should resemble a kind of paste and when this is ready apply this paste on the brown spots and the surrounding areas and leave it on till it dries up. You could then wash it off. This paste can be stored up to 2 days. Aloe vera gel is very good of most skin troubles, so apply it and leave it for 20 minutes or more till it is dry and gently wash it off with cold water, applying this gel on the darkened areas on a regular basis can help to lighten that particular area. A face peel of mask made of a mixture of oatmeal, honey and egg white and applied on the face and affected area for 15-30 minutes and then rinsed off can also help to prevent skin pigmentation. Skin pigmentation disorders can be treated and controlled by taking care of your skin and protecting it from the sun and pollution. Drink lots of water so that your skin is hydrated all the time and stays healthy. A balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals and plenty of fruits and vegetables, this will help to heal skin pigmentation.
