Eye Cataract Causes | Cataract Natural Remedy

Cataract occurs when part of the eye lens becomes cloudy. The first sign of this condition is usually blurred vision. The condition usually develops on its own, either due to age or other factors such as excessive exposure to UV light or radiation, smoking, and certain infections. You should always get your eyes checked if any sort of discomfort is felt in them. Cataract usually develops over a long period of time, and treatment varies according to the intensity of the condition at the time of its discovery. If it is just a minor vision problem, then you can opt for glasses or contact lenses to rectify your vision. However, once the cataract starts increasing, the only treatment option would be surgical methods. Basic remedies and good eye care could also control the level of cataract between both these extreme states.
